UK Chief Medical Officers are advising anyone who has travelled to mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 14 days and develops symtoms, however mild, must self-isolate at home and contact NHS 111 immediately. If you have been in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus please contact NHS 111.           Please DO NOT come in to the surgery.

You need to allow 48hrs for your repeat prescription requests to be actioned.

Extended Access -

Extra GP Appointments Available in Evenings and Weekends for Guildford and Waverley Patients.

From Monday 6 August 2018 additional GP appointments will be available, initially from 6 – 8 pm on weekday evenings, 8 – 12 am on Saturdays and 10 – 2 pm on Sundays. These extra sessions will be provided at Binscombe Surgery near Godalming, and at the Fairlands Practice in Guildford. Click HERE  and open the tab 'Extended Access' for more information about this new service.
